Vegan Smoothie Bowls
I was never one to get too creative with smoothies. Banana-peanut butter shakes were a staple in my home until one day I was sick and tired of having the same damn thing every day. I messed around with ingredients in my kitchen and voila- these three creations were born :)
The Acai "CocoPlum" Bowl
- What You'll Need
- 1 pack of frozen acai (look for the "Sambazon" brand at whole foods - they come in a pack)
- 1 banana (for thickness)
- 1 spoonful of coconut butter
- Coconut milk - add as much needed to blend smoothly
***Blend ingredients in a high speed blender | Garnish with raw coconut, chia seeds, & plum slices
Peaches & Cream Dream Cup
- What You'll Need:
- 1 ripe peach
- 1 spoonful of organic coconut cream
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 banana
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender...
- Toppings
- Pumpkin Hemp Granola
- Raw Coconut Flakes
- Blueberries
Tropical Green Smoothie Bowl
- What you need
- 1/2 cup of mixed fruit (pineapple, banana, & mango)
- handful of spinach and/or 1 tbsp spirulina
- 1/3 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tsp agave nectar
Blend ingredients until liquified. Add fruit of choice as topping.
