VeganSmart Recipes
Recently I had the honor of hosting the MiamiVeganLife Snapchat takeover and got to show you guys a glimpse of what I eat in a day. For some of the recipes you might have noticed that I used Vegan Smart- a complete vegan protein blend that was introduced in 2014 as a healthy all in one nutritional shake specifically created for vegans or vegan curious. I'm honestly not that big on protein shakes in general- but guys, this stuff is SO good. I already expressed my obsession with the Wild Berry flavor on snapchat (@zeinabc). I use it to make shakes, smoothie bowls and sneak it into any superfood bowl whenever I can. Why? It keeps me satisfied, and energized while giving me:
- Whole Food Complex
- Non-GMO Protein
- Vitamins
- Minerals
- Omega 3
- Prebiotics
- Dietary Fiber
- Digestive Support
This delicious superfood bowl was made with Acai and other berries. Here's the recipe:
- 1 frozen acai pack
- 1 ripe frozen banana
- 2 scoops of VeganSmart Wild Berry protein blend
- Non-Dairy milk (use as much as you want depending on how thick or not thick you like it)
- frozen berries (I used a blend of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.
Blend ingredients together and top with frozen berries, coconut slices, buckwheat, hemp, chia seeds, and gluten-free maple granola.. YUM

Cocoa nuts Chocolate Shake
- Chocolate Vegan Smart Powder
- Flesh or unpasteurized coconut water
- ice
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Nuts
- 1 tbsp Flax Seed
- 1 Tbsp Chia seed
Very Vanilla Shake

- Vanilla Vegan Smart Powder
- Fresh or non pasteurized coconut water
- ice
- Fresh Mint
- 1⁄2 organic avocado
- 1 -2 tablespoons of Flax Seed
- 1-2 tablespoons of Chia Seed
Whether you're trying to live a healthier lifestyle, getting "big", or not, I definitely recommend trying the Vegan Smart blend. Those of you that know me well know I'm not too big into protein shakes (like never) so if I endorse a product like this it's because I absolutely love it and want to share it with you all :)
